Get in touch
Speaking to a therapist for the first time can feel like a big step.
You don’t have to know where to start, or have anything prepared. I offer a free 15–20 minute introductory call – a chance for us to talk about what brings you to therapy, for you to ask anything you’d like, and to see how it feels to talk to me.

Getting here
My practice is a peaceful and private space in central Bath. It’s a short walk from the bus station and Bath Spa train station, with paid on-street parking nearby. Charlotte Street and Kingsmead Square car parks are each a few minutes away.
Access
The room is on the lower ground floor of a townhouse, reached by a flight of stairs. For that reason it is unfortunately unsuitable for wheelchair users, or for anyone who can’t manage stairs.
Please say if that’s you – I also work online, and can suggest colleagues in Bath whose rooms are accessible.
Also available
I also offer sessions online or by telephone.
